At international trade fairs, we stumbled upon something incredible: large tubs of ice cream covered with a thick layer of chocolate or sauce, marketed as premium products for small-scale dessert artisans. Naturally, we were blown away!  But reality hit fast—these chocolate-covered wonders aren’t easily scaled up—they’re reserved for those who craft in small batches with infinite patience.
As we pondered our next move, one thing became clear—these gelato creations would soon make their way to our market, turning small dessert makers into serious competition. It was time to act.

Yes, you read that right—the first in the world. We’ve created an avalanche of ice cream in a box, big enough to cool down an entire family!

Our 5-liter packs come in single-use tubs that fit perfectly into the standard 360x250xV80 stainless steel trays—every chef’s favorite. But making gelato that just looks good wasn’t enough for us—we wanted a top product, with zero compromises on quality. For every flavor, we sourced the finest ingredients available, the kind other manufacturers could only dream of.  Investing in premium ingredients significantly drove up production costs—to the point where even we paused for a moment and wondered, Have we gone too far? But one taste of our gelato, and we knew: quality speaks for itself.
