A Story of Ice Cream That’s Outside the Box – Catering Ice Cream 8L
Our catering ice cream packs are a true innovation marvel! We pack the ice cream in disposable plastic tubs, and then place those tubs in stainless steel boxes with dimensions of 360 x 250 x V80, which are standard on the market (although we’re probably the first to make them so cool).
Why is the ice cream raised above the edge of the tub? Well, simply – because we want it to be attractive! A little height, a little style, and it also looks great when it “climbs” a bit above the edge. To ensure it all survives not only in the display case, but also on the way to you, we designed a special 10 cm high plastic lid.
And to make things even better, this packaging is designed so that the products can be stacked on top of each other. This means no more clutter in the warehouse, everything is arranged like a puzzle. With our packaging, the ice cream is not only delicious, but it’s also a real professional in storage and transport!
Ice Cream That Pushes Boundaries, and Price: A Story of Ice Cream Without Compromise
At a time when all ice creams were as flat as boards and as boring as a day without sunshine, many caterers decided to take matters into their own hands and start producing their own ice cream. And so they started adding a little spice, creativity, and vision, which of course led to increased sales. On the other hand, large ice cream manufacturers were still living in the last century, as if they were in a frozen state – without imagination, without spirit, without anything except… flat ice creams.
And us? We said “enough!” Mediocrity is not our style! We had a vision – to make the best ice cream on the market, one that would be more beautiful, tastier, and, of course, more original than all the others. Our mission was to create catering packs that would look even better than the ice creams that caterers themselves made in their establishments. And so our journey began, towards an ice cream revolution!
From idea to finished product was not a walk in the ice cream park – it was like riding a roller coaster full of ups and downs! Although we started almost from scratch, we did not give up. Fortunately, with the help of HAMAG-BICRO and the Government of the Republic of Croatia, we obtained the necessary technology that was designed specifically for our projects. And then came the moment of truth: with the new technology, we created the freshest, most beautiful, and most innovative product on the Croatian market!
And our success didn’t stop there. To make life easier for our customers, we adjusted the price of the product. The result? Our new 8L catering packs are now cheaper than making ice cream from ice cream mixes. Yes, you heard right – you no longer have to mix the mixture, just choose our packaging and enjoy the ice cream!
Our catering ice cream packs? Well, they became real stars! Not only have they become our best-selling product, but they have catapulted us into the universe of business success. Our partners have recognized true value and today, with our packaging, they run the most successful pastry shops in Croatia.
And when we say that our packaging is unique – the fact that customers from all over the world have started contacting us speaks in favor of that. Our ice cream is now present in five countries, and the numbers are growing! We can say that we are practically “global leaders in ice cream”, but who would brag, we’re just coolly working on new projects!
After our 8L ice cream packs became a real hit, we thought: “Why stop there when we can do even better?” And so, a few years later, we decided to raise the bar and create ice cream in 5L packaging – and that in the same packaging, but with an even simpler, flat lid (yes, less drama when opening!).
But that’s not the end! Our mission was clear – to get the best raw materials from all over the world and put them in our ice cream, along with those delicious toppings and sauces that will leave you breathless. And so our premium ice cream was born, which, of course, had to be a little more expensive – each flavor has a different price. Our ice cream is now not only delicious, it’s a real little luxury treat!
In 2019, our new 5L catering ice cream packaging became a real hit – sales even exceeded those of the 8L packaging! This was a clear signal to us: the market demands quality without compromise! We could not ignore this, so we realized that our customers are willing to pay for premium ice cream. We used to have a plan that all 8L packs would have the same price, but because of that we had to “give in” on some flavors in order to stay within the price range. Now, however, there was no more room for compromise – quality came first, and the price followed!
In 2020, we decided to take a step outside the box (literally) and introduce completely new 8L packaging, which is perfect for those who do not accept compromise! We take 5L packaging as inspiration, add a little imagination, and voilà – we get an ice cream revolution! We realized that the market demands quality and nothing less, so we created a premium line that now rules the market. Each flavor is a specialty, and each price has its value – because ice cream without compromise deserves its price!
Our partners? Well, they have already been rated as establishments with the best ice cream on the market. We couldn’t be prouder! And as we look to the future with a smile while enjoying a few scoops of ice cream, we happily await what awaits us.
