At world trade shows, we came across an incredible thing: wide ice cream packs with a thick layer of chocolate or sauce, presented as premium products for small pastry shops. Of course, this idea immediately knocked us off our feet! However, we quickly realized that these chocolate wonders are not easy to introduce into mass production, as they are reserved for those who work in small batches and with infinite patience. And so, while we were thinking about what to do next, it was clear that such products would soon appear in our country as well, and small pastry chefs would become real competition. It was necessary to react.

We soon started designing new technologies that are specifically adapted to us – all with the aim of optimizing production and adapting it to our ambitious vision. With the support of EU funds and HAMAG-BIKRO, we managed to turn our vision into reality and acquire these new technologies in order to launch something incredible: THE FIRST catering packs of 5-liter ice cream on the world market! Yes, you read that right – first in the world. We invented an ice cream avalanche in a box, big enough to cool down the whole family!

Our 5-liter packs come in disposable plastic tubs that fit perfectly into standard stainless steel tubs 360x250xV80, a favorite among caterers. It wasn’t enough for us that the product just looks good – we wanted a top-notch product, without compromising on quality. For each flavor, we secured the highest quality raw materials available, the ones that other manufacturers could only dream of. Investing in top-quality ingredients significantly increased the production price, and even we stopped for a moment and wondered if this was too much. However, we believe that the quality of taste is unquestionable and justifies the investment.
