These tubs of ice cream for the HORECA sector are packed in disposable plastic tubs which are then inserted into 360 x 250 x V80 inox tubs, the standard wide tubs most often used on the market today. The ice cream is raised slightly above the edge of the tub so that it looks as appetizing as possible. This is why a special 10 cm high plastic cover was created so that the ice cream and the decorations would not be damaged during transport. This also makes storage of the products much easier, since it is possible to stack them on top of one another.

With the support of the HAMAG-BICRO agency and the Government of the Republic of Croatia, we managed to acquire new technologies made specifically according to our project. Finally, thanks to this new technology, we were able to make the most beautiful and most innovative product on the Croatian market. And, additionally, we adjusted the price of the product, which made it more affordable for the professionals in the HORECA sector to buy our new 8L tubs than to make their own ice cream from ice cream mixtures. Our 8L tubs for the HORECA sector became our best-selling product which brought enviable growth to our company. Many of our associates recognized this product, and, thanks to this, today they run the most successful confectioneries in Croatia. When we say that our tubs of ice cream for the HORECA sector are unique, we are actually being modest: quite soon, potential clients from all over the world started contacting us. But, since this is a frozen product, only few were able to organize the appropriate transport. Today, this product is exported to five foreign countries. However, according to certain indicators, this number is expected to grow. The success of this type of package has inspired us to go even a step further: a few years later, we produced 5L ice cream tubs which are packed into the same type of packaging, but with a flat lid. The goal was to make a type of ice cream with the best bases available on the global market, and to add the best toppings and sauces to it. The result was a premium ice cream for the HORECA sector which had to be more expensive, and the price of every flavour is different. In 2019, the sales of the new 5L ice cream tubs surpassed the 8L tubs, which was a clear enough sign to us to realize that the market needs uncompromising quality. Since we wanted to make the price of all the 8L tubs the same in the beginning, we had to make some compromises with some flavours so that we could stay in our price range. In 2020, we introduced the brand new 8L tub made with unprecedented innovation and uncompromising quality. We modelled them on the 5L tubs because we realized that the market had changed, and that we could only move forward with quality.
